When you are retired you need to maintain your physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. Physical is not hard, you can walk 3 miles a day, do some sit ups and push ups, and if you are into sports there are opportunities to play gold, tennis, even basketball ! very inexpensively . Here is a workout used by Prince Phillip into his 90s!
